Do you know someone that needs help? If someone has a substance abuse problem, come to the Neighborhood Recovery Center, 1796 Bay Road, East Palo Alto or call for an appointment, 650-462-6999 and ask for an outreach worker or the Intake and Referrals Specialist.

If someone is incarcerated and needs treatment for addiction, contact Cheryl Smothers, Director of Intervention, or ask for the Court and Custody Advocate for the Community Justice Initiative.

If a teenager has dropped out of school and needs a structured program of intervention, contact Calvin Beckum, Director of Youth Services.
