two sisters, and we lived off welfare in a two-bedroom house. My mom was
doing drugs." At the age of five Kizzie Hogan was put in a foster home where
there was plenty of discipline.

Collie Pierce is a gentle and humorous man. We are fortunate to have him on staff as an Outpatient counselor. He draws on the strength of his father who worked hard, whistled and joked, and pruned his rose garden to relax.
