TREATMENT PROGRAMS

Substance abuse treatment programs are six months in duration and involve a schedule of daily groups, twelve-step meetings, educational classes, weekly individual counseling and family group sessions.  To graduate from the program clients must have stable housing and a job or be enrolled in job training.

  • OUTPATIENT PROGRAMS in English and Spanish treat approximately 35 to 40 men and women in a highly structured six-month intensive program.

  • MEN’S RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT:  Two residential treatment houses are open and can accommodate 16 men.  The program follows the same format as the women’s residential program.

    • COMPONENTS OF TREATMENT:

      • FAMILY RESTORATION components of treatment teach and strengthen parenting skills and help to rebuild the families torn apart by drug addiction and the incarceration of parents.

      • EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT READINESS:  Classes in life skills, parenting, communications, anger management, finances, health, as well as enrollment in GED and job training programs during treatment.
